Glenda SchmittGlenda Schmitt is the President, and Co-founder of Schmitt ProfiTools Inc. She is responsible for managing SPI's daily operations. She is also the Co-developer of Schmitt ProfiTool's Profit Optimizer™ Software Suite, and programmer for many of SPI's software programs. Prior to founding Schmitt ProfiTools Inc., she was employed at Mcdonnell-Douglas as a member of the IS Group. She is a graduate of Drake Univ., and a recipient of Summa Cum Laude honors. Rich SchmittRich Schmitt is President of Schmitt Consulting Group Inc., a St. Louis-based management consulting firm. The firm focuses on profit improvement, operational management, and advancing companies' use of computers. He regularly conducts national and regional seminars and workshops on a variety of management subjects, including profit improvement, marketing, managing people, and compensation. Rich is a Certified Professional Consultant (CPC) and founding member of the Academy of Professional Consultants and Advisors (APCA).

Before becoming a consultant, Rich obtained a marketing degree from Drake University and attended Drake University's Graduate Business School. He had over ten years experience in strategic planning, sales, and marketing management, most recently as general manager of McDonnell Douglas' outsourcing division and executive committee member for McDonnell Douglas' $500M information systems group.

Rich is frequently interviewed and widely quoted in trade journals (Business Week, Computerworld, Distributor, The Wholesaler, Service Reporter, TQO, MIS Week, Computer Systems News, Communication's Consultant, Retail Info Systems News, Information Week) regarding industry trends and computers.
