Delivery Assistant is an easy-to-install, easy-to-use signature capture tool that uses a handheld device to accept signatures and then store them on your existing computer system. It allows your driver, counterperson, or yardperson to capture signatures that may be used as proof of delivery. The software includes the program that runs on the Palm device as well as the PC software used to transfer the captured data from the Palm device to your main computer system.

The Handheld Delivery Assistant™ is used in each of the following situations:

• By the truck driver to deliver material and get the customer's signature
• By counterpeople to sell material and capture signatures
• By yardpeople to load trucks and get signatures
