• Organize deliveries from 1 or more orders
• Create loads from 1 or more deliveries
• Create routes by sorting the deliveries

Load the Information onto a Palm device:

• Provides informatio and directions to drivers
• Schedules deliveries
• Stores notes
• Refuse or modify: deliveries, orders, lines on the orders/quantities

Delivery information can be pulled back to main computer to update order:

• At the end of a delivery run
• In real-time, using a cellular digital modem
